Conor joined the Power Systems Laboratory (PSL) at ETH Zurich in March 2021 to conduct his Master’s thesis on coupling the two energy system modeling platforms: City Energy Analyst and Nexus-e. His analysis will focus on how the Swiss electricity system may be affected by spatially resolved scenarios on the future of the built environment. He is currently a MSc student in Integrated Building Systems.

Conor holds a BSc degree in Environmental Engineering where he focused on renewable energy technologies. Before starting his master’s degree, Conor gained working experience at Anex Ingenieure AG. During his internship, he was mainly involved in creating sustainable and flexible energy concepts for hospitals. He spends his free time playing all kinds of ball or racket sports or fishing out on a lake.
