Pranjal joined the Power Systems Laboratory (PSL) at ETH Zurich in September 2020 to conduct her Master’s thesis on the diffusion of solar PV and battery storage in Switzerland under different energy system scenarios. The main focus of the thesis is to forecast using an Agent-Based Model how PV and PV battery systems would diffuse in Switzerland, and how federal incentives and policies can expedite this diffusion.

Pranjal is currently an MSc student in Energy Science and Technology. She holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Prior to this, she gained professional experience at Green Economy Initiatives Pvt. Ltd, India, and as an intern at Philip Morris International, Lausanne. During her internship, she was responsible for the design, ownership, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting databases for Third Party Manufacturers and Affiliates.
