Last week, Nexus-e researcher Elena Raycheva presented the work “High Resolution Generation Expansion Planning Considering Flexibility Needs: The Case of Switzerland in 2030” at the 2020 Mediterranean Conference on Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Energy Conversion. This work is authored by Elena Raycheva, Dr. Jared Garrison, Dr. Christian Schaffner, and Prof. Gabriela Hug. It elaborates the methodology and results of the Centralized Investments (CentIv) Module – one of the five core modules of the Nexus-e framework.
